ChatGPT was downloaded by 100 million users in two months, and the AI market is predicted to grow by 1300% in the coming years. Seventy-six percent of employees believe AI will enhance their creativity, while 73% want to use it to find information. However, research reveals that at least 50% of workers need upskilling to cope with, let alone leverage, AI. Over 30% of large organizations have still not incorporated AI into even one business function. Essentially, we all now have supercomputers in our hands, with improvements likely to be exponentially fast and more complex.
In my experience, while most companies claim that AI is a top priority in their business, the reality on the ground is that few are truly AI-ready, and even fewer have a clear view or vision of the unprecedented opportunities and dangers of AI. Simply put, the buzz may not turn into value, impact, and profits for very many.
I’ve been working on the front lines of digital-first and disruptive innovation for over 20 years. Specifically within AI innovation for the last 15 years, I’ve been developing our own AI-driven business model in leadership development for the last five or six. I am definitely not a techie; I’m an innovator compelled by how this technology can be used to transform our lives and workplaces through breakthrough innovation, humanizing design, and purpose-driven leadership.
I am profoundly passionate about helping organizations, as well as individual workers, find great uses for AI that solve real and tangible customer and employee pain points. Taking your brief, I will work tirelessly to amplify your messages and elevate your ambitions while remaining independent as a thought leader, challenger, and aspirer. Every one of my keynotes is customized to meet and exceed expectations, connecting with your specific audience to unleash energy, momentum, inspiration, and trust.
In your keynote, I could share what AI can do, can’t do, and may never be able to do, so you don’t waste precious time and resources. Exciting yet actionable usage cases for AI, whether for employee workflow effectiveness or serving and delighting your customers. The kind of mindsets needed to leverage the possibilities for exponential value creation that AI heralds, as well as avoiding the many costly commercial and ethical pitfalls. The clear and present danger of both AI model collapse and white-collar career collapse.
While the application layer focused on harnessing AI through humanized user experiences is the next big thing, I will guide you on how to go about designing killer apps with AI, not apps that kill us.
I saw the room go from a bit tired to very inspired. Totally engaging and fully immersive. You wouldn’t want to miss a second of it. It was powerfully supercharged right from the start.
